This is a game designed to help you understand the basics of personal finance and investment over a **5-year period**.

Game Objective

Your goal is to grow your initial **$10,000** by making smart investment decisions over 60 simulated months (5 years). At the end, you'll see a final report of your performance.

How to Play

• Initial Capital: You start with **$10,000** in cash. This is the only resource you have to invest.
• Available Assets: Below are the financial assets you can invest in, each with its own characteristics (risk, volatility, growth).
• Buying & Selling:
  • Use the **'Amount ($)'** input fields to specify how much you want to buy or sell.
  • Click the **'Buy'** button to purchase units of an asset. A 1% transaction fee is applied to all trades.
  • Once you own an asset, it will appear in the **'Your Holdings'** section. You can sell it from there.
• Time Progression:
  • Click **'Next Month'** to advance the game by one month. Asset prices will change, and new market news may appear.
  • Click **'Next Year'** to advance the game by one full year (12 months) at once.
• Market News: Keep an eye on the **Market News** section. It will provide clues about what's happening in the simulated economy and can influence your decisions.
• Portfolio Metrics: The header shows key metrics: your cash balance, total portfolio value, diversification, and overall risk. These are updated every month and can help you track your progress.
